New Members – all levels

  • Wu Style 12 form or commence with the Wu Style 108 standard hand form

Beginners level

  • Tai Chi Chuan Basic Principles
  • 5 Warm-up Exercises
  • Basic Tai Chi Walking (forward & backward)
  • Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Standard Form (full set of 108 Forms)

Intermediate level
